Coach Richie
Coach Richie, began his Journey into Sports at the age of 10yrs old when he earned his Black Belt in Taekwondo. From there he went on to play Youth & HS Sports such as Wrestling, Track, & Football through College. Richie was always part of a Team sport & learned the importance of teamwork & sportsmanship…Which led him into CrossFit as a teen athlete and then moved forward with Coaching Certification at 18yrs. Richie holds a CF1- CF2- & CF Kids training along with USAWL.
My Journey into CrossFit and now my Facility allows me to enjoy what I do everyday,Coaching & Developing all Levels of Fitness. I am Thankful & Blessed to say I love my Career.
